Rules and Culture

i. No Spam/Advertising/Self-Promotion in the Forum.
The forum defines spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services, and/or other websites, or posts with little, or unrelated content. Do not
spam the forum with links to your products or website, or try to self-promote your business, website, forum, etc. Spamming is also defined as
sending private messages to a large number of different users. PLEASE DO NOT ASK for email addresses or phone numbers. If you would like to
be included in our school directory, please contact us.

ii. Do not post copyright-infringing materials.
Do not provide or ask for information on how to illegally obtain copyrighted materials. This action is forbidden on the forum.

iii. Do not post “offensive” posts, links, or images.
Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or
otherwise overly discriminatory in any way is not permitted in the forum. This website is for school professionals.

iv. Remain respectful of others at all times.
Remain professional and courteous at all times while posting. You have every right to disagree with other community members and explain your
perspective. However, you are not permitted to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community.

You are expected to abide by these rules.

General Posting Guidelines

i. Be descriptive in your topic names.
Please post a descriptive topic name and provide a short summary of your problem, issue, or concern. Please refrain from using “Help Me.”,
“Urgent”, “Hello”, or anything that is vague or similar.

ii. Be Patient
If they don’t answer your question, feel free to ask clarifying questions. This forum is meant to be used by schools to share struggles, success
stories, and help one another.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

i. Am I allowed more than one account?
No. We recommend that each person accessing the website only has one account to post on the forums. Each school can have a few staff members
access the website and forums.

ii. What happens if I break a rule?
If you break a rule, then you will either receive a warning from the website administrator or forum moderator. In other more severe instances, you
will be banned. A ban of your user account may either be temporary or permanent depending upon the severity of the rule that was broken. The
administrators and moderators also have the right to edit, delete, move, or close any thread or post as they deem necessary, without prior
warning.

iii. What happens if I see a thread/post which has broken a rule?
Please report the thread or post to the administrators or moderators by reviewing the contact us page.
